We fitted a new timber gate for a cottage style property in Elson where the original gate had dropped so badly it was dragging on the path every time it opened. The old posts turned out to be rotten below ground, so we replaced them with a proper concrete footing before hanging the new gate, which finally gave it the solid support it needed. Small jobs like this are common across Gosport and often make more difference to daily life than people expect.
